Chimodho Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour milk/kefir
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking pan with oil.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients until just about mixed. Do not overmix.
  3. Pour the batter in the pan.
  4. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
