Ingredients

stick butter
melted

sugar

eggs

cup
sour milk/kefir

all purpose flour

cornmeal

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking pan with oil.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients until just about mixed. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter in the pan.
Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
