Madhumbe and Boerwors Balls
Ingredients

boerwors sausage
uncooked

cups
shredded taro root/ madhumbe
cooked

chopped onion
1
chopped green bell pepper
1
chopped yellow bell pepper
1
chopped red bell pepper
1
teaspoon
italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
salt
1
egg
beaten
1/2
cu
breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
