Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 to mato grated
  • 1 garlic glove crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 lb cow's liver cubed

Instructions

  1. Fry the onion and bell pepper in oil for about five minutes on medium-high heat until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomato and red pepper flakes and cook for five minutes. Add the stock and simmer for five minutes.
  3. Add the liver and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice, sadza or bread.
