1cupcookedsliced chicken breast (about one 8-ounce breast)
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1caramelised onionthinly sliced
Instructions
Make Naan bread using this recipe or you can buy it pre-cooked at the store.
Preheat oven to 475F.
Caramelise onion and set aside
Toss two tablespoons of your favourite BBQ sauce with the cooked, chopped chicken to coat it. Set aside.
Divide the ingredients into two for the two loaves.
Top the bread with the BBQ sauce. Add more or less BBQ sauce depending on your taste. Then layer half of the shredded mozzarella, then the BBQ-coated chicken, then the other half of the cheese, then the caramelised onion. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
