Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Look for beef that does not have a lot of fat or trim the fat. Cut the meat into very small pieces. Add one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste to the beef.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet on medium high heat. Add the beef and brown it.
  3. Serve immediately.
