In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, basil, salt, and olive oil.

Grill both sides of the bread using a barbecue grill, oven, or a bread toaster.

Rub one side of the bread with the halved garlic, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Spread the goat cheese on the bread and then spoon the tomato mixture on it.
