soya flour

maize meal

finger millet flour
hupfu hwezviyo

sugar

salt

baking powder

baking soda

eggs
beaten

cups
milk
2
tbsp
melted butter

tbsp
poppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a bread tin and line with parchment paper or flour.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients.
Using a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients. Do not over mix.
Pour into the greased tin and bake for 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out smooth.
Place on a cooling rack to cool until ready to serve.
