Manhuchu anedovi (Samp with Peanut Butter)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup samp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Soak the samp in water overnight. Soaking cuts the cooking time.
  2. Boil until tender
  3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the peanut butter and tablespoon of water and cover for five minutes
  4. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended.
  5. Cover for ten minutes and serve. This dish can be served hot or cold.
