Madhumbe flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup madhumbe mashed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine mashed madhumbe, salt and all-purpose flour. Knead until you get a  soft dough. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into a round shape.

  2. Heat a pan and add oil. Place one flatbread on the pan. Cook until bubbles form. Turn the bread and cook on the other side. Serve warm.
