Avocado, cucumber and onion salad

Last year I shared a recipe of my mom’s cucumber, tomato and onion salad.  Adding an avocado makes this salad even more delicious. Avocado, cucumber and onion salad

I added red pepper flakes that gives it a kick. If you do not like spicy food you can skip the pepper flakes or cut the amount. The recipe makes enough for four, I like to eat it as is or as side dish to grilled meat.
