Chocolate Bread

This Chocolate Bread is super moist because of the butternut squash puree, which you will not taste at all.

If you have had any cake or bread with a vegetable or fruit in it then you know how super moist it is. Think banana bread or carrot cake.

I made the butternut squash by simply boiling it until it was tender and then mashed it up. I left it cool before making the bread.

My husband is not a fan of sweet things but he loved this bread. It goes down really well on a cold day with some tea.
