Slowcooked Mabhonzo(Beef Bones)
Ingredients

beef bones

chopped onion

cup
crushed tomatoes

cup
beef broth
1
teaspoon
rosemary
1
sprig thyme
2
thyme leaves
2
tablespoons
tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2
cups
chopped kale
Instructions
Put all the ingredients except for kale in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours on low.
Add the kale and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve warm with sadza or peanut butter rice.
