Fried Kapenta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Kapenta
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup canola oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a large skillet to 350F.
  2. Dab dry the fresh kapenta
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour.
  4. Fry for about 4 minutes until crisp.
  5. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
