Ingredients

carrot
peeled and grated

apple

Dressing

cup
mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Tablespoons
apple cider vinegar

Tablespoons
sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, tomato, onion and apple.
In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss until fully coated.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving and up to 2 days (or until coleslaw is soggy).
