Crisp Honey BBQ Wings

Crisp Honey BBQ Wings

This week on many levels did not go as I planned. It started by a long wait at the airport on Monday. Leo had gone away and I did not want to drive back home and then go back to the airport. So I went sight seeing in St George and then came back to the airport to find that the flight was further delayed.  I sat in the car for two more hours.

The rest of the week was just a blur and I just went through with the motions.

I realized today that this whole week I pretty much made the same meal everyday. It was monotonous almost depressing. I also have been working on a baby blanket that seems to be taking forever. Hopefully I will have finished it by the end of the weekend. To shake things up I made these wings. They are crisp, sweet and spicy. Not too spicy though.

Sometimes I make my own barbeque sauce but on days like today I use store-bought as it is more convenient. The honey and the garlic make the taste even more distinct. They are easy to make as they are baked not fried.

Try this recipe with chicken strips too!
