Ever heard of Craftsy? Craftsy is a website that provides education and tools for learning several crafts. On Craftsy you can take on-line lessons, buy supplies, buy and sell patterns. I personally use it to but and sell my patterns. I love Craftsy, I have found more success with my patterns there compared with Etsy. Craftsy does not charge you for posting your patterns.
I have bought a couple of patterns from Craftsy but I had not taken any classes until this week. Craftsy is offering 35 Free Mini classes. I love free things especially free education.
So far I have taken the butter-cream class, pizza class and the knife skills class.
I loved each of the classes. They are well done and the instructors explain each and every step. These mini-classes showcase the Craftsy platform and I was really impressed. I can not wait to make my perfect pizza at home. I will be taking a couple more classes whenever I find time especially the family portrait class.
