How to make nyemba(cowpeas) milk

When I made milk, I was here in Bermuda and I thought when I went to Zimbabwe I would try the same with . I forgot about it, completely. I think when I go to Zimbabwe I get so happy and space out and forget half the things I want to do.

I found some nyemba here in Bermuda. There is a shop here that sells food from India, West Africa and the Carribean Islands. I made some mutakura and it was the best! I made some nyemba milk. Same process with milk. I have made the milk twice with the option to take the skins which change the colour of the milk.

Time needed: 4 hours
