First I just want to say, thank you God the sun is out and its warm today!
Yesterday we had a small party for Leo’s birthday. It was a Blaze Monster Truck Party and also for me to catch up with my my friends so the food was for the adults as well as the kids.
Here is some of the food I made, I forgot to take the pictures of the pizza and marshmallow pops.
Since the the theme was Blaze I made a cake with a race theme. I actually made the truck but it was too big for the cake I made.
Then there was caramel popcorn that the kids didn’t really like but they ate everything else.
These corn muffin dogs were a hit with the kids. I am going to share the recipe soon.
I wanted to keep everything simple and these crackers and cheese did just that.
I made a bean dip to go with the vegetables. It was so simple to make: a can of beans, garlic clove , olive oil, salt and pepper
Leo had so much fun and even helped me clean up after without me asking and bedtime was so so easy! To my friends who came, thank you so much!
