About five weeks ago I shared the recipe for making herb extracts here. As I promised here is an update of what has happened so far.
Here is the vanilla extract it has turned into a nice brown colour and it smells really strong, I will never use imitation vanilla again!
Here is the rosemary extract, smells really nice and I will be adding it to my hair and body butters. I have not yet come across a cooking recipe I can use it in.
I have some mint in my garden I think I will make an extract of that too. Let me know if you give these a try.
